Rainbow Cove. Red rocks adorn the beach, and the water seems perpetually wavy in the afternoon. Why not go for an evening swim?

Big Siskiwit River. Rumor has it there was once a feud amongst packs in these waters, hence the red color. Now it's just a pleasant spot to relax.

Mount Desor. The highest point on the island. Word has it there's a wondrous view of the surrounding canopy and distant waters.

Little Siskiwit River. Lush greenery surrounds the river as it surges in the warmer months, lending it a surreal quality. Beware the rapids!

Lake Desor. Bordered almost entirely by trees, the lakeside here is perfect for lounging in the shade, or for a quiet family outing.

Hay Bay. A number of dead trees give the area a more unwelcoming appearance. Sometimes wolves come here to be alone, to hideaway from the rest of the world.

Malone Bay. Mated pairs often spend evenings under the lovely reds and pinks that stain the sky each night. Or perhaps one could continue courting that special someone?

Siskiwit Lake. The largest lake on the island. Wolves near and far like to adventure here to fish, swim, and enjoy the air of mystery.

Hatchet Lake. A shadowy place. There are whispers that it is frequented by those with darkened hearts and tarnished souls.

Todd Harbor. Popular with pups, there's a jovial feel to the shores along the water's edge. Flowers abound in the springtime.

Mount Siskiwit. A great place to explore, for there is a very picturesque view of the surrounding landscape even in the wintertime.

Minong Mine. Once a prehistoric mine, there are many pits in the area now filled with water. Inside there are unusual straight tunnels to wander in.

McCargoe Cove. Solitary wolves sometimes visit in the hopes they might find a mate. Others venture here for the beautiful scenery. Which will you be?

Chickenbone Lake. Vegetation grows in the shallows, and the croaking of frogs can be heard. The ice is treacherous with fallen obstacles in the winter.

Lake Richie. The ideal location for a summer hangout, but the sun brightens up the basin year round. Have a lie down and catch some warm rays.

Amygdaloid Channel. Rounded stones are scattered amongst the shallows. Be wary of going too far out, for there's a notoriously dangerous current.

Suzys Cave. A small cave amongst dense foliage. On occasion it serves as a community hangout, or as a brief respite during a deluge of rain or snow.
